 This part of the house was in the way so it was removed. |  Large machinery makes demolition easy |  The section of house and foundation has been removed. Excavation is done for the new addition. |  New footings are formed for the addition and garage | ||
 The basement is at two levels. The sump pump will be installed in the lower level. (for obvious reasons) |  The new poured foundation is in and the Rub-R-Wall waterproofing is applied. |  Back filling is completed and soon the building will begin |  From the front view, the new addition will start close to where the section of house that was torn off. | ||
 Looking from the back yard you can see the garage foundation as the floor is installed on the addition. The porch behind the house will also get added onto. |  It was just as easy and a lot better job to just tear the walls & roof off the porch and start fresh. |  The additions and garage are enclosed. |  The garage floor is one of three areas that in-floor heat was installed | ||
