Kitchen Addition with Deck and Hot Tub

"Before Picture" Owners would like to remove the wood deck and add onto the kitchen with an eating area. |
The wood deck has been removed, we also removed a window from the lower level bedroom. |
The window we removed from the lower level room has now been added on the side in the concrete wall. |
Removed siding and getting ready to frame addition walls. |
The addition will be open below with a new composite deck and a built in hot tub. |
We will open the entire wall inside, once the addition is closed in. |

Roof framing and overhang will line up with existing roof. With proper planning, the addition will look like it has been part of the home since the beginning. |
Walls are covered. Eventually, the deck steps and landing will come up to the door. |
