 Spa Room Addition |  Access to the addition was impossible for concrete trucks and pumping the concrete in, was not an option. |  Eventually the door and windows on either side will be removed and replaced with a new Pella patio door. |  3/4" Plywood sub-floor matches the height of the existing floor. | ||
 2 x 6 walls are framed the same height as the existing house walls |  The roof is hand framed and the walls are covered with sheathing |  The siding on the house is cut back for the new roof |  The roof is covered and ready to shingle | ||
 Once the Tyvek house wrap is applied the Pella windows and patio door is installed. |  Next step is to remove old windows & door inside the addition and replace with a large 9' wide Pella patio door |  The kitchen window has been removed. We will install a new window 12"" closer to the addition for the new kitchen design. |  New window is in place and ready for siding. | ||
