See the changes in this older home as we extend the kitchen, add a bath, and turn the garage into an additional bedroom.	The kitchen will be extended on the higher sub-floor, the bathroom and entry will be in front of the garage on the lower floor.	The walls are framed and the roof is started. We will frame and insulate a floor over the garage slab	The roof will be tricky to frame. This is a job for professionals
Some "old school" style roof framing is needed to make it work.	Our crew is very versatile and can handle most any type of remodeling projects.	We have incorporated the porch under the same roof.	Now that the house is covered and dry it's time to frame the garage/new bath & bedroom roof
Special precautions are being made to insure a sound structure and a worry free roof.	As the exterior is nearing completion the crew is busy inside installing the new kitchen.
